The Company
Founded in 1995; The Genesee group has functioned as General Contractor and
Builder for numerous projects in in Frederick County including Custom
Homes, Historic Renovations and Additions.
As a construction management firm we enjoy the interaction of Owner,
Architect, and Construction Manager assembled as a team to jointly enhance and
build a quality product. Our project management offering includes budget development and maintenance,
project work scopes and contracts, job cost accounting using Peachtree
accounting software, detailed job scheduling using Fast Track scheduling, on
site construction management efforts, and one of the finest building teams
assembled in the area.
