We have many semi-custom plans available in a broad range of styles and floor plans.  We will be happy to assist you in desired changes or work with the Architect of your choice.  We can assist you in modifications of these designs to suit your family's needs.  Our staff can assist in every phase of your building process.

For Custom Home construction, our General Partner Julie Fuller has worked in plan selection and modification of all models built by The Genesee Group. [Please click on our Photo Gallery above] She handles all design modifications and improvements, interior selections for cabinetry, countertops, ceramic tile, flooring, color coordination and selection, trim details. She also coordinates crucial steps of exterior color, material, and texture selections for our projects.

She is an experienced interior designer who especially enjoys space planning and the improvement of interior living.
