In single family construction, Julie has worked in plan selection and modification of all models built by The Genesee Group. She handles all design modifications and improvements, interior selections for cabinetry, countertops, ceramic tile, flooring, color coordination and selection, trim details. She also coordinates crucial steps of exterior color, material, and texture selections for our projects.

She is an experienced interior designer who especially enjoys space planning and the improvement of interior living.

Management: Julie’s experience with cad programs, interior space planning and details, financial planning, and marketing are crucial to The Genesee Groups success. Julie has initiated many forms and functions to help manage the selections process for our homeowners. "Product functions, selections, colors, warranties, and availability can often overwhelm persons who are not in the business. We hope through systematic organization and a team of knowledgeable people we can simplify this process for our clients. We feel that our clients should have a completely open palate to choose from – it is not our job to limit their selections, we are there to advise and help in achieving their dream."

Although her heart lies in the design side of the business Julie also manages cash flow, accounting functions, financial planning, lending, and reporting for The Genesee Group.
