The Genesee Group is a multiple award-winning builder capable of providing architectural design, qualified construction management, and interior design services. Our desire is to provide a home as individual as its’ owner, a home with interior and exterior spaces that add warmth and comfort while maximizing function.

A devotion to quality and the desire to provide a home with architectural individuality were the driving force and the foundation for creating The Genesee Group. In 1995 Shannon and Julie Fuller decided to combine their experience and talents to achieve this goal. Now, as a locally focused builder, The Genesee Group takes pride in providing some of the most finely crafted homes in the region.

Shannon D. Fuller, a Genesee Group Managing Partner, in addition to a degrees in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University, has experience as a Construction Manager for major projects including custom homes, a luxury condominium/office project at Baltimore's Inner Harbor, and a $65 million Class 'A' office building in Washington, DC. This experience assures clients access to the same quality control, attention to detail and commitment to schedules as was required for these World-Class projects.

Julie M. Fuller, Genesee Group General Partner, after receiving her degrees in Marketing and Business from Shepherd College, has experience in design coordination, interior design and real estate development. Julie has worked with a national development company and local architectural firms. Her background provides special insight to the distinctive design of a custom residence and that necessary attention to detail a custom homebuyer should demand.
